Don’t just sit there on the Howard Frankland Bridge after work. Let the music move you instead at happy hour with The Florida Orchestra.
Start with free select drinks and snacks before an hour-long concert with music made in the USA, including a Duke Ellington Portrait, Gershwin’s An American in Paris, and a real treat: Jeff Tyzik conducting his own work, New York Cityscape.
Then linger in the lobby afterward to sip and say hi to your favorite TFO musicians.
All for $35, general admission seating.
Doors and bars open at 5:30 pm.
One hour concert without intermission starts at 6:30 pm.
TRAFFIC ALERT: The Straz Center is expecting a sold-out performance of Wicked in Morsani Hall in addition to our performance in Ferguson Hall. PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF EXTRA TIME TO PARK AND ENTER THE LOBBY. Looking for parking recommendations? Click here for helpful tips from the Straz Center.
