The Florida Orchestra salutes the innovative rebel spirit of classic rockers and great symphonic composers who broke the rules in search of new sounds and self expression with three symphonic rock concerts Friday nights at the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg. As a subscriber, you receive premium seating at the same ticket prices as the 2013/2014 season. Rock subscribers also save with a waiver of facility fees as well as postage and handling charges. Subscribers continue to enjoy free flexible ticket exchanges, free friend vouchers, a 10% discount on additional ticket purchases, and advance notice for best seats to our “big screen” concert specials Ocean Voyagers, Singin’ in the Rain and Pixar in Concert featuring “live soundtracks” by TFO.

Ranked fourth on Billboard’s “100 Greatest Artists of All Time,” the Stones rhythm-and-blues infused hits will rock the concert hall with such classics as Let’s Spend the Night Together, Under My Thumb, Ruby Tuesday, You Can’t Always Get What You Want, Honky Tonk Women, I Can’t Get No Satisfaction, Jumpin’ Jack Flash, Can’t You Hear Me Knocking and Wild Horses, among others. Known for their signature destruction of guitars and drum sets in concert, The Who is one of the premiere British rock bands of all time with 100 million albums sold, including 17 top-ten albums with multiple gold, platinum and even multi-platinum album awards. Celebrate The Who in a night of hits from such iconic albums as Tommy, Quadrophenia, Who’s Next and Who Are You, among others. Brent Havens conducts.
