Hall Facility Fees

Dear Valued Customer:

For the past several seasons, our performance halls have charged a "facility fee" for every ticket purchased to each of our concerts. The purpose of the fee is to maintain and repair the halls.

Although we are a non-profit organization, we have absorbed this cost for our customers for several seasons; however, the orchestra can no longer afford to to do this. Unfortunately, we must pass the halls' facility fees directly to our ticket holders. Rather than blend the facility fee into the overall subscription price, we felt it was appropriate to inform you of this charge.

The facility fee charged per ticket by each hall:

Mahaffey Theater $2.00
Ruth Eckerd Hall $2.00
Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center $1.50

The Facility Fee for the hall that you will be attending for your series is automatically calculated on your online order form.

Here is an example of the how the fee is determined for a couple buying an 8-concert Pops series: 8 concerts X 2 seats X $2 = $32
